First of all, Blizzard games are generally quite expensive. For example, the most recent expansion for World of Warcraft, Battle for Azeroth, costs $49.99. This is more than double the price of a Game Pass subscription, which costs $9.99 per month. If Blizzard games were added to Game Pass, it is possible that the price of the subscription would have to increase in order to offset the cost of the games.
Furthermore, Blizzard games tend to have a very large file size. For example, the file size for Overwatch is approximately 31 GB. This means that it would take up a significant amount of storage space on your console or PC if you were to download it through Game Pass.
